阿立哌唑合并抗抑郁剂治疗强迫症的临床对照研究

Aripiprazole plus antidepressants for obsessive-compulsive disorder.

目的探讨阿立哌唑治疗强迫症的临床疗效和安全性。方法对60例强迫症患者在服用原抗抑郁药的基础上随机分为合用组和对照组。分别给予合用阿立哌唑和安慰剂,治疗12周。采用Yale-Brown强迫症量表(Y-BOCS),Marks恐怖强迫量表(MSCPOR)和不良反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果两组Y-BOCS及MSC-POR评分比较差异有显著性,两组TESS评分相仿。结论合用阿立哌唑治疗强迫症疗效显著,不增加不良反应。

Objective To investigate the effectiveness and salty of aripiprazole plus antidepressants in the treatment of obsessive - compulsive disorder, Methods 60 patients with obsessive - compulsive disorder were randomly assigned to receive aripiprazole or placebo for 12 weeks, antidepressants in use were continued. Effectiveness and adverse effect were assessed by Y - BOCS , Marks scale for compulsions,phobias,obsessions and rituals（MSCPOR） and treatment emergent symptom scale（ TESS ）, respectively. Results The scores of Y - BOCS and MSCPOR were significantly different before and after treatment in the combination treatment group; while there were no differences in the placebo group. The scores of Y - BOCS and MSCPOR decreased more significantly in combination treatment group than in the placebo group. There was no significant difference in TESS between two groups. Conclusion Antidepressants combined with aripiprazole are more effective in the treatment of obsessive - compulsive disorder, but adverse effects were not increased.
