摘要 研究了用对甲苯磺酸和磷酸作固化剂的树脂自硬砂型对球铁件表面组织的影响;结果表明,用对甲苯磺酸作固化剂的树脂砂型生产球铁件时,会在铸件表面出现片状石墨层;用磷酸作固化剂的树脂砂型生产球铁件时,当磷酸加入量过多或旧砂反复使用时,会在铸件表面出现磷共晶组织。 The effect of self-setting resin sand mold catalyzed with para-toluene sulphonic acid (PTSA) and phosphoric acid on the surface structure of ductile cast iron casting has been studied. The results show that the resin sand with PSTA as catalyst may cause flake graphite layer at the surface of casting,and the resin sand with phosphoric acid as catalyst lead phosphoride eutectic to arise in the surface layer of casting when excessive phosphoric acid is added or when the reclaimed sand is repeatedly used.
