摘要
IEEE PES 2006年度学术会议和国际大电网会议(CIGRE)2006基本上代表了当今电力技术的最高水平和最新研究方向,其论文集对我国电力系统运行和科研工作有较高的参考价值。本文对上述2个会议的论文集进行了综述,主要内容包括动态安全评估、广域量测系统、广域控制系统、系统恢复等方面的研究现状介绍与经验总结。最后结合我国电力系统调度自动化方面的实际情况提出了一些建议。
In this paper publications on power system operation and control in IEEE PES General Meeting 2006 and CIGRE 2006 are summarized. It represents the state-of-art of power system technology, recent trend of research and development works in the world, and therefore it is very good and useful for our research and operation works. Main contents of this paper include： Dynamic Security Assessment （DSA）, Wide Area Measurement System （WAMS） and Wide Area Control System （WACS）, System restoration after a blackout. Some recommendations concerning research works in the near future are given in the conclusion.
