摘要
研究了碲的粒度大小、含量及铁水温度对冷硬白口层深度和硬度的影响。该工艺简单可靠,用以代替传统冷硬法,具有劳动强度低,成本低等优点。
The influences of grain size and tellurium content of ferrotellurium as well as temperature of molten metal on the thickness and hardness of chilled white section were investigated. The suggested process was simple and reliable. It could be used as a substitute process for the traditional chilling process having the advantages of labour - saving and low cost.
