摘要
在所设计的含2.8%~3.0%C,7%~9%Cr的中铬白口铸铁中,通过特定的工艺向铁水中添加一定量的氮,使氮在中铬白口铸铁凝固过程中以原子状态存在,考察氮对中铬白口铸铁凝固过程及其性能和组织的影响。
Some amount of nitrogen was added into a medium chromium white cast iron with 2.8% ~3. 0% C and 7 % ~ 9% Cr by using a special process with the purpose that the nitrogen would exist as atom nitrogen during the solidification process of the white cast iron. The effects of nitrogen on the solidification process l properties and structures of medium chromium white cast iron were investigated.
