摘要
对高铬铸铁的熔炼速度、过热温度、浇注温度和变质处理进行了研究。结果表明,合理的熔炼工艺及变质处理能明显地提高高铬铸铁的力学性能。该试验结果已应用于衬板的实际生产中,并且铸件的质量得到明显的提高。
The influence of melting rate, super heating temperature, pouring temperature and modification on high chromium cast iron were researched. Experiment results have showed that mechanical properties of high chromium cast iron could be improved obviously by proper melting process and modificating. The experiment results had been used in practical production of the liners, and the quality of the castings had been obviously improved.
