离子交换法去除乳清β-乳球蛋白的效果研究

Study of the removal of β-lactoglobulin from whey proteins

采用离子交换树脂法处理乳清粉,结果显示通过阳离子交换树脂可以选择性吸附β-乳球蛋白,β-乳球蛋白质量分数由39.7%降至16.0%。

In this study, the industrial technology of selectively removal of β -lactoglobulin from whey proteins was studied using ion-ex change resin methods. The results of SDS-PAGE indicated that a decrease in the content of β-lactoglobulin from 39.7% to 16.0% after ion-exchange resin treatment.
