纤维素型全位置立向下焊高效焊条的研制 被引量:4

DEVELOPMENT OF HIGH EFFICIENCY CELLULOSE ELECTRODE USED FOR VERTICAL DOWNWARD WELDING

摘要 根据全位置上向下焊接的特点和要求,通过大量的试验,确定了具有短渣特性的高氧化钛渣系及高发气量的微晶纤维作为焊条的基本配方,并加入铁砂提高焊条的熔敷效率.试验结果表明,研制的E8010焊条其工艺性能接近国外同类焊条,力学性能已超过国外同类焊条. A high efficiency cellulose covered electrode E8010 has been developed based on a lot of experi-ments according to the characteristics and requirements for vertical downward welding. The coating formula-tion consists basically of high titanium oxide stag system which possesses short slag feature and with addition of iron powder to increase melting efficiency. The results show that the operation performance of electrode is e-qual to those made abroad and mechanical properties are better over those of similar abroad electrodes.
