摘要
本文研究小波变换方法在粗晶材料超声缺陷信号增强中的应用.为克服粗品材料(奥氏体钢)超声检测时晶粒噪声的影响,在分析晶粒噪声和缺陷信号频谱分布的基础上,提出了一种基于小波变换模极大值的算法来提高信噪比.利用此算法进行实际超声信号分析效果良好.
The application of wavelet transform to ultrasonic inspection of coarse-grained materials is discussed. To restrain the adverse effect of the scattering from coarse-grain, an algorithm is provided based on the discussion of the frequency spectrum distribution of the defect signals and grained noise. Experimental results show that SNR can be improved by the method.
