摘要
根据建立的物理和数学模型,对单个球形磁粉在漏磁场中的受力与磁粉性能作了分析,经理论推导与实验验证,提出了直接鉴定磁粉探伤灵敏度的方法,以及检测仪器的研制.
Force and character of a spherical magnetic particle in leak field are analyzed according to the established physical and mathematical models. Testing method for magnetic particle inspection sensitivity and development of testing instrument are given.
