摘要
在阐述5S法效能的基础上,通过5S法在日本企业质量管理中所发挥的巨大作用与5S法在我国建筑工程施工中的应用现状的对比,提出了在我国建筑工程施工中推行5S法进行现场管理的建议,并且详细介绍了5S法在建筑工程施工中应用的一些典型做法。
