渗碳层小型自动测厚仪的研制

摘要 HP材料裂解炉管内层渗碳后,由顺磁性转变为铁磁性,测其磁性变化可确定其渗碳程度。采用特殊探头、双通道自动升降机构和微机处理,自动记录、打印测量结果,自动消除外表层氧化皮影响。 The paramagnetism of HP furnace tubes will transform into ferromagnetism after carburization. The degree of carburization can be determined according to the changes of magnetism. Equipped with a specific probe, double-channel elevator mechanisms and computer data acquisition system, the instrument has the functions of automatic elevating, recording and result printing. It can also automatically eliminate the effect of oxide skins.
