神经生长因子早期干预对HIE患儿IL-18的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑损伤(HIE)外周血清IL-18的动态变化及神经生长因子对新生儿HIE的干预治疗作用以及有关分子机制。方法将2004年1月~2006年10月我院新生儿90例分正常对照组、中重度HIE组、神经生长因子干预组。采用ELISA方法检测1d,2d及7d的血清IL-18的水平。结果正常对照组、中重度HIE组、神经生长因子干预组的IL-18水平1d分别为(210.2±32.3)pg/mL,(940.2±36.6)pg/mL,(842.1±35.5)pg/mL;3d分别为(294.2±33.2)pg/mL,(1287.6±39.8)pg/mL,(701.2±34.7)pg/mL;7d分别为(116.1±30.5)pg/mL,(937.2±36.2)pg/mL,(352.7±33.8)pg/mL。结论HIE患儿血IL-18水平升高,神经生长因子能平衡IL-18的水平,调节免疫功能,保护神经细胞。
