摘要
采用限制性内切酶RsaⅠ对藏猪SLA-DRB基因外显子2进行多态性分析。结果表明:藏猪SLA-DRB基因外显子2在RsaⅠ-RFLP位点上存在7种基因型,以杂合子BC型居多,基因型频率为0.4419,为优势基因型。χ2适合性检验结果表明,藏猪SLA-DRB基因外显子2的RsaⅠ酶切位点的χ2值为10.14,高于显著水平(P<0.05),说明藏猪SLA-DRB基因在RsaⅠ酶切位点上没有达到Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态。
The exon 2 of SLA-DRB gene in Tibet pigs was analyzed by PCR-RFLP method. The results showed that the exon 2 digested by restriction endonuclease Rsa Ⅰ could be divided into four kinds of alleles and seven kinds of genotypes in Tibet pigs respectively, and the frequency of BC was the highest(0. 4419). The results of Chi Square test indicated that the frequencies of patterns digested by Rsa Ⅰ were not fit in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium in Tibet population(P〈0.05).
