The Establishment of Growth Model on Yunnan Simmental Cattle

西门塔尔牛在云南省的生长发育的各项数据表明：原种西门塔尔牛和随后3年（1996-1998年）在云南繁育的牛出生重差异不显著（P〉0．05），显著高于1999-2004年出生的牛；而在随后的各个年龄阶段（0．5～9岁），原种西门塔尔牛体重显著高于本地纯繁牛（P〈0．05），但随着饲养管理水平的提高，2004年出生的牛的体重及生长速度得到改善。

Various data of growth about Simmentals in Yunnan province shown that the difference of the natural weight between the original Simmentals and the Simmentals which were born in Yunnan later on three years was not significant （P〉 0.05）, but were remarkable higher than the Simmentals which were born from 1999 to 2000; and at subsequent each age stage （0.5-9 years）, the weight of the original Simmentals were remarkable higher than local pure-blood Simmental （P〈0. 05） ,but along with the exaltation of feed management level. The weight and growth speed of the simmental which were born in 2004 get an improvement.
