视网膜色素变性大鼠闪光视网膜电图及神经节细胞动作电位改变 被引量:2

摘要 皇家外科学院大矗土(RCS)为遗传性视网膜色素变性的经典动物模型,随着感光细胞的变性死亡,包括视网膜神经节细胞(RGC)在内的内层神经元电生理功能究竟发生了怎样的改变,至今知之甚少。RGC以动作电位(AP)的方式将来自于感光细胞的信息向上传递,视网膜变性过程中RGC电生理特性的变化尚未见报道。
