2007年钢管行业供需形势分析及对钢管协会工作的建议

Situation Analysis on Supply & Demand of Steel Pipe Industry in 2007,and Suggestion to Steel Pipe Association

根据中国钢铁工业协会提出的2007年粗钢和钢材可能实现的目标，按钢管与钢材的比例经验值以及现有和新投产的机组产能，预测2007年全国钢管生产能力将达到（4000～4200）×10^4t，较2006年预计增长15％～20％。分析了钢管行业发展中存在的不稳定因素，如国内外市场供大于求，竞争越发激烈；国家将陆续出台一系列宏观调控政策等；都将涉及到部分制管企业。提出了钢管企业要着力优化和调整产业结构，大力加强资源节约和环境保护工作，努力实现速度、质量、效益相协调，生产发展、资源、环境相协调，真正做到又好又快发展的指导思想。并对2007年钢管协会工作提出了7项建议。

Based on target of raw steel and steel may be realized in 2007 proposed by China Steel & Iron Industry Association,and as per experiential proportion value of steel pipe and steel as well as production capability of existing and new pipe mills.The article forecasts that output of China steel pipe will be up to(4000~4200)×104t,increasing by 15% ~20% in comparison with in 2006,and analyze many unstable factors exist in development of steel pipe industry,such as supply exceeding demand for China and abroad pipe market,competition will be more and more seriously,and China government will put into effect a series of macroeconomic policy continuously.This will affect some of steel pipe manufacturing enterprises.It also proposes that all steel pipe enterprises should do their best to optimize and adjust industry structure,strengthen resource saving and environment protection,realize the coordination among speed,quality and profit,and among production development,resource and environment,and realizes the direction instruction of well and quickly development.Meanwhile,seven proposals on steel pipe association are set forward.
