钢管静水压试验机拉力梁的对比研究

Research and Comparison of the Beam of the Hydrostatic Tester

分别对钢管静水压试验机圆柱形拉力梁和矩形拉力梁进行了有限元受力分析,针对分析结果讨论了矩形拉力梁水压机和圆柱拉力梁水压机的特点及优缺点,提出了两种拉力梁的选用原则。该研究对水压机的设计和改造具有一定的参考价值。

The cylindrical primary beam and the rectangular primary beam of the hydrostatic tester are analyzed by the finite element method to obtain the comparative results.According to the results,the advantages and disadvantages of the cylindrical and rectangular beam is studied,and an alternative principle of cylindrical and rectangular beam is supplied.The conclusion is greatly valuable for the design and reconstruct of the hydrostatic tester.
