摘要
铜铝管焊机是制冷行业用于铜铝管接头焊接的专用设备。针对使用中出现的故障,根据故障树分析法,建立了焊机的故障树,通过故障树分析可在短时间内查明焊机故障原因,进行维修。此分析方法在实践中取得了良好效果。
Cu-Al pipe welding machine is special equipment for Cu-Al pipe welding in the refrigeration field.It is difficult to avoid fault for ever in factory.A fault tree is set up according to the method of fault tree analysis and the fault resources can be found out in a short time after analyzing.The application effect of FAT is all right in practice.
