摘要
主要阐述了螺旋埋弧焊管生产过程中弹复样的不同变化以及与螺旋成形质量的对应关系。提出了根据弹复样的不同变化来调整成形参数、达到成形稳定、改善成形质量的相应思路,并从生产工艺的实际出发提出了预防弹复样异变、保证成形稳定和焊管正常生产的具体措施。
This article describes the relation between sample elasticity variable and forming quality of welding pipe during spiral submerged arc welded pipe production,and proposes that forming parameter shall be adjusted based on sample elasticity variable so that forming become stable,and forming quality is improved,and it also puts forward detail measure to prevent change of elasticity variable accidentally and ensure stable forming and normal production of welded pipe from production practice.
