我国境外上市公司面临的困境及出路探讨

Discuss on the Dilemma of Chinese Listed Companies Being Faced with at Overseas Markets and Their Outlets

我国上市公司参与境外市场竞争,成为我国经济走向世界不可或缺的一部分。目前我国不少优秀企业进入境外证券市场筹集资金,引进技术,改善管理,在取得了骄人的成绩的同时,也存在着一些缺陷与不足。本文就我国境外上市公司的现状及面临的困境进行分析,进而提出了相应的解决办法。

Chlnese listed companies take part in the competition at the overseas markets, which becomes a very important part of Chinese economy. Now quite a few Chinese enterprises develop very fast by getting into foreign stock markets to utilize capital, to adopt high technology,to improve management, the same time,they are facing with critical challenges. This article is trying to find out the problems the listed companies are faced with at overseas markets,then the suggestions to the problems.
