摘要
用扫描电镜、电子探针等仪器,对拉伸断裂的制备态征Fe_(75)Si_(10)B_(15)非晶丝进行了断口和丝的表面分析。分析结果表明:在熔融合金急冷固化期间,合金中尚未熔化的高熔点杂质向丝表面附近的基体层偏聚。在非晶丝表面附近的基体息中存在氧化硅、氧化钙和含碳和硼的化合物杂质。这些高熔点杂质成为非晶丝脆性断裂的裂源。
The tensile fracture section of as -cast Fe75Si10B15 amorphous metal wire wasinvestigated by SEM. The result shows impurities of high melting point segregate to the sur-face shell of the wire during the rapid solidification of melting alloy. The impurities are acompound of carbon -boron and oxides of silicon and calcium. They become the fracturesource of the embrittlement for the wires.
