Fe_3Al基合金的条带状晶粒组织与力学性能关系的进一步研究

摘要 通过热处理与轧制加工相结合的工艺方法,获得晶粒条带宽窄程度不同的板材。力学性能测试结果表明,其力学性能与晶粒条带宽窄程度显著有关,但它们之间的变化关系并无规律性,说明除条带状晶粒之外,还有其它因素对Fe3Al的力学性能产生了作用,在本文中与相关的因素可能是析出相。 The Fe3Al sheets containing different widths of elongateel grains were attained by heat treatmentcombined with hot rolling process. The tensile properties were tested and the resuits show that change of the widths ofelongated grains influenced the tensile properties of Fe3Al based alloy significantly, hut no regular relation- ship between elongated grain sizes and tensile properties was found. It seem that some other factors affected the tensiles properties heside elongated grain changc, and the possible factor may be the change of the precipitate phase in this experiment.
