摘要 利用光镜、扫描电镜、电子探针和X射线衍射法并结合硬度测量研究了固溶和时效处理对一种α/γ双相不锈钢(R1合金)组织及相成分的影响、结果表明:(1)在1000~1150℃温区内加热后水冷(固溶处理),均能获得α/γ双相组织,α相数量和合金的硬度随固溶温度提高而增大,合金元素在α和γ相中的分布也发生变化。(2)固溶态合金在650~900℃温区进行等温时效,α相中会析出σ和γ2相.导致合金显著硬化(脆化)。σ相析出的最敏感温度约为750℃。合金元素在γ和σ相内的分布与时效状态有关。 The microstructure and phase composition of a RE-containing duplex stainless steel (R1 alloy ) aftersolution treatment and aging were studied by means of SME .XRD, EPA and hardness measurement. The results showthat: (1 ) when R1 alloy is solution - treated in the range of 1000~1150℃. a α/γ duplex phase structure can be obtained in which the amount of αphase will increase with the increase of solution temperature. leading to increasingbardness of the steel. The element distribution in a and γphase also varies. (2 ) when the solution - treated alloy is agedin the temperature range of 650- 900℃ the αPhase in stucture will transform to αand γ2 Phases. The precipitation ofα phase which is most rapid at about 750℃ causes significant hardening and embritlement effects for the alloy. The element distribution in both γ and αphase after aging is related to the aging condition of the R1 alloy.
