摘要
研究了SXllo型汽车半轴摩擦焊接头的焊后热处埋工艺对其强韧性能的控制作用,并对热处理规范参数进行了优化.台架试验结果表明:用锻造一摩擦焊接复合工艺生产的SXllo型汽车半轴摩擦焊接头的强韧化水平达到和超过了整体锻造半轴的强动化水平.
The effect.of postweld heat treatment on the toughness of friction welded axle shaft is sludied. Theoptimum heat treatment parameters are put foreward. Authoritative test results show that the toughness of axle shaftmodel SX110 built by the combined technology of forging-friction welding is higher than that by forging technologyonly.
