摘要
通过动电位扫描和慢应变速率拉伸试验及X射线能谱技术,研究了H2S和钢铁所形成的硫化物膜对UNSG11180钢在含5%NaCl的溶液中均匀腐蚀和应力腐蚀的影响.研究结果表明:对于均匀腐蚀,无论试样施加应力与否,表面的硫化物膜对钢铁有一定的保护性;对于硫化物应力腐蚀破裂。
Influence of corrosion product (sulfide scale) on general corrosion and sulfide stress corrosion cracking (SSCC) of UNS G11180 steel in 5%NaCl solution containing H 2S were studied by potentiodynamic scanning technique, slow strain rate tensile test and X-ray analysis. It has been proved that sulfide scale has a resistance to general corrosion and no obvious protection from SSCC.
