锅炉/管道酸洗时氢致腐蚀裂开危险性电化学检(监)测技术的研究

摘要 研制了一种新型的原子氢渗透速率测量传感器,研究该传感器在酸液中的测量信号与锅炉/管道用钢在相应体系中的强度/脆性之间的对应关系,设计建立了专门的微机系统。 For in situ inspecting the hydrogen induced cracking (HIC) susceptibility of boiler/pipe system during pickling, an intelligent electrochemical probe technique is developed. Herewith a new kind of electrochemical hydrogen sensor is introduced and the relatioship between the measured signal (hydrogen permeation current) of the sensor and the strength/embrittlement of the boiler steels in acids is studied. The design principle, structure, performance and the simulating test results of the probe, which has capability of data sampling, logging, storing, processing, result evaluating and tabulating out, are reported.
