Expressions of CEAmRNA and CK20mRNA in Peripheral Blood of Patients with Colorectal Cancer and Its Clinical Significance

摘要 目的:探讨大肠癌患者外周血CEAmRNA和CK20mRNA表达情况及临床意义。方法:应用RT-PCR方法检测46例大肠癌患者、22例大肠良性肿瘤患者及30例正常人外周血CEAmRNA和CK20mRNA。结果:在良性肿瘤组及正常人组中,CEAmRNA及CK20mRNA均无表达,而在大肠癌患者中的阳性率分别是54%和61%,二者联合检测阳性(至少一项阳性)率为72%,较单项阳性率高(P>0.05)。二者表达与患者性别、年龄及肿瘤分化程度无明显相关,而与临床分期及淋巴结转移明显相关。结论:联合检测有助于提高肿瘤微转移检出率,其表达与临床分期及淋巴结转移明显相关,可作预后参考指标。 Objective: To investigate the expressions of CEAmRNA and CK20mRNA in peripherat blood of patients with colorectal cancer and its clinical significance. Methods: CEAmRNA and CK2OmRNA were examined in 46 patients with colorectal cancer,22 patients with colorectal bening tumor and 30 health adults by RT -PCR technique. Results: CEAmRNA and CK20mRNA were undetected in all the patients with colorectal bening tumor and all healthy adults, while the positive rate of CEAmRNA and CK20mRNA among colorectal cancer patients were 54% and 61% respectively. The positive rate of combination detection was 72%. There was no statistically significant difference 'of positive rate between two detection methods. The expressions of CEAmRNA and CK20mRNA were no significantly correlated with patients sex, age or differentiation level of cancer cells, but with clinical stage and lymph nodes metastasis. Conclusion: The positive rate of micrometastasis may raise by combination detection. The expressions of CEARNA and CK20mRNA may be regarded as a reference indicator.
