苦参注射液联合顺铂治疗恶性胸水

Clinical observation intracavity Kushen injection combined with cisplatin for the treatment of malignant pleural effusion

目的观察苦参注射液联合顺铂胸腔注射治疗恶性胸水的临床疗效及不良反应。方法将70例恶性胸腔积液的患者随机分成观察组(A组)、对照组(B组):A组以苦参注射液联合顺铂分别注入胸腔,B组单用顺铂注入胸腔。比较2组间疾病治疗有效率、生活质量及不良反应。结果A、B 2组完全缓解率(CR)分别为41.7%和35.3%(P>0.05),但有效率(CR+PR)分别为91.7%和73.6%,2组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组不良反应发生率低于B组。结论苦参注射液联合顺铂胸腔注射治疗恶性胸水具有协同作用,可提高疗效,改善生活质量,减轻不良反应。

AIM To observe clinical curative effect and adverse drug reaction of intracavity Kushen injection combined with cisplatin for treating malignant pleural effusion. METHODS In our study, 70 patients with malignant pleural effusion were randomly divided into 2 groups. Thirty-six patients of group A were treated with intracavity Kushen injection combined with cisplatin, 34 patients of group B were treated with cisplatin alone. The clinical effect, life quality and the adverse drug reaction were observed in the 2 groups. RESULTS The complete remission rate was 41.7% in the patients of group A,and 35.3% in the patients of group B. No significant difference existed between 2 groups（ P 〉 0.05）. But the rate of complete remission and partial remission was 91.7% in group A and 73.6% in group B respectively. There was significant difference between 2 groups（ P 〈 0.05）. The adverse drag reaction in group A was reduced. CONCLUSION Kushen injection combined with cisplatin can improve curative effect, promote the life quality, reduce adverse drug reaction and be well-tolerated in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion.
