摘要
介绍了以磨屑热辐射流温度作为辨识砂轮磨钝特征信号的理论依据,并用神经网络方法建立了智能辨识系统。实验结果表明,磨屑热辐射流温度信号是较好的辨识砂轮磨钝的信号源。
A grinding whhel being sharp has a great influence on quality of ground parts. Generally the wheel is dressed in time during production and both its working life and productivity are reduced. The relations between grinding chips thermal flow and wheel wear are analyzed theoretically, the method of intelligent indentification of grinding wheel wear by using selfclustering neural network are proposed. The experiment results show that the temperature of grinding chips thermal flow is a useful signal source.
