为给叶黄素的利用提供借鉴,综述了叶黄素的定义、生理功能、安全性评价、安全摄入量、在国内外的批准和使用情况。
To provide reference for production of healthfoods, the definition of lutein, its physiological function, security estimation, extraction technique, safe intake and its confirmation and application at home and abroad were reviewed.
