摘要 “带病延年”一语，是清代医学家王孟英之言，出于《王孟英医案》，系针对慢性病者而言。患了慢性病——痼疾，很难治愈，只能改善临床症状，缓解病情而已，所以王孟英用“带病延年”安慰病者。但“带病”何以“延年”？王氏隐而不发，
