颅内外联合径路矫正眶距增宽症5例术前护理配合

Cooperative nursing care in the surgical correction for 5 cases with orbital hypertelorism by intra-extra cranial approach

目的：探讨眶距增宽症致颅面畸形行颅内外联合径路矫正手术的术前护理配合方法。方法：收集行颅内外联合径路矫正眶距增宽症手术5例，实施术前护理措施，以顺利完成手术，减少并发症发生。结果：5例患者手术过程顺利，术中无并发症发生；术后患者12～14d伤口愈合出院。结论：术前充分准备，掌握手术步骤，可缩短手术时间，提高手术质量，有效防止并发症的发生。

Objective ： To explore the cooperation of nursing care in the surgical correction for orbital hypertelorism by intraextra cranial approach. Methods： The corrective operation was performed successfully on 5 patients with orbital hypertelorism and nursing measures were taken to prevent from postoperative complication. Results： No complication occurred in the operation and all patients were discharged from hospital with wound healed after operation for 12 to 14 days. Conclu- sion： It is important to make full preparation preoperatively and perform operation following the procedure, which can shorten the time of operation, improve the quality of operation and prevent from complication.
