扁桃体、腺样体摘除术治疗儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征87例护理体会

Experience of nursing care of 87 young patients with pediatric obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome treated with tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy

目的:探讨扁桃体、腺样体摘除术治疗儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)的有效性、安全性及临床护理方法。方法:对87例OSAHS患儿行扁桃体、腺样体摘除术,观察患儿术前、术后情况。结果:所有病例均达到治愈标准。结论:对OSAHS患儿行扁桃体、腺样体摘除手术是有效、安全的治疗措施,加强规范的围手术期护理可取得满意效果。

Objective： To explore the effect and safety of tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy and nursing methods in the treatment of pediatric obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome （ OSAHS ）. Methods ： Tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy were performed and the conditions of children were observed preoperatively and postoperatively. Results： The outcome of treatment reached the curative criterion. Conclusion： Tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy is one of effective and safe treatment and satisfying outcome can be obtained as long as enhancing standard perioperative nursing care in the treatment of OSAHS.
