不同灌水量对垄作小麦水分利用及产量和品质的影响 被引量:11

摘要 在田间试验条件下研究了不同灌水量对垄作小麦的水分利用、产量和品质的效应.结果表明,与平作相比,垄作的降雨利用率和水分利用效率均有不同程度的增加,其中以垄作60%的降雨利用率最高,垄作100%的水分利用率最高;而灌水利用率除垄作100%有幅度不大的增加外,垄作60%和垄作80%有较大幅度的降低.垄作条件下小麦产量有明显的增加,尤以垄作100%增加幅度大,这种增产效应是由千粒重和穗粒数的明显增加导致的,而穗数有一定幅度的减少;垄作60%和垄作100%的增产效果不明显;垄作下小麦面团的粉质性状均变劣,垄作100%的劣化程度较低,垄作80%的劣化程度最高;小麦面团的拉伸性状与粉质性状表现一致. Based on the experiment of applying different irrigation to bed planting wheat, this paper studied its effect on water saving, yield and quality. The result showed that, compared with fiat planting, the WUE and the rainfall use efficiency (RUE) of bed planting wheat increased differently, of which the RUE of bed planting 60% was the highest and the WUE of bed planting 80% was the high- est. The irrigation use efficiency (IUE) of bed planting wheat obviously decreased except bed planting 100%. Compared with fiat planting, the yield of bed planting wheat significantly increased, of which the bed planting 100% was the highest, and this effect was based on the obvious increase of 1000grain weight and grain number per ear, but the number of spikes decreased a little. The yield of bed planting 60% and bed planting 80% wheat were insignificantly increased. The dough rheological prop- erty of bed planting wheat went bad, and among different bed planting wheat the dough rheological property of bed planting 100% wheat was the best and that of the bed planting 80% was the worst. The farinogram parameters and brabender extensograph parameters had the same behavior.
