One of the specific aims of the paper is to probe into the way the human brain thinks in concepts and processes a language in terms of conceptual structures. Instead of proceeding from theory to theory, the project focuses on a combination of theory and practice in converting one language to another in the light of models or constructs for thinking in concepts. Hopefully, the reading public may benefit from our new perspectives, informed methodology and copious documentation.
