On the Issues Concerning Water-related Security Guard in Beijing Olympics

奥运涉水安保工作作为奥运安保体系的一部分,应着眼奥运期间各种用途水体、水域和涉水活动人员的安全,探索首都涉水安全保卫的基本工作思路,完善涉水类警情的处置应急预案和处警手段,构建涉水安保力量,为“平安奥运”和谐有序作出贡献。

Water-related security issues in the Olympics, as part of the Olympic security system, are supposed to have the security of waters or water areas of various functions as well as of water-related personnel in mind, to quest for basic working structure of water-related security guard in capital, to improve contingency measures concerning water-related cases and policing measures, to set up water-related security guard force, and to contribute some to harmonious and peaceful Olympics.
