基层警察的权益保障对策研究

A Study on the Protection of Right and Interests for the Grass-root Police

随着社会治安形势的日益严峻,基层警察长期超负荷地工作,普遍存在着累、弱、险、难的问题,正当权益时常得不到有效保护。因此,应当正确界定警察的职责,调整警力配置,科学用警,切实保证警察的知情权、休息权、薪酬权、受教育权以及安定权等权利。

At present, police officers in grass-root units are commonly facing such problems as exhaustion,weakness, risks and difficulties. And their rights and interests sometimes are not well protected. It is necessary to identify duties,adjust dispatches and use police scientifically so as to protect the right of knowing, the right of rest, the right of education and the right of stableness of police officers.
