摘要
充分利用并重新解读学生固有的传统文化知识,可以使学生反思固有知识和信息的法律价值和意义,加深理解刑法学的基础知识,逐步形成法律思维,增强学习法律课程的兴趣。
Making full use of and re-understanding students' innate traditional culture knowledge can help students to reconsider the legal value and significance of their innate knowledge and the information, deepen the understanding of the elementary knowledge of criminal law, gradually form legal thoughts and enhance their interest in the study of law.
