摘要
目的:了解一种新型的含有100g/L聚维酮碘的氟化泡沫对口腔致龋菌的抑制效果。方法:将61名6~9岁龋易感儿童随机分为2组,实验组30人,对照组31人,分别使用含有100g/L聚维酮碘的氟化泡沫和常规氟化泡沫进行局部处理,每周1次,连续处理4周。运用平板法进行唾液中细菌培养记数观察处理前,处理过程中每1周以及处理后1个月唾液中细菌(变形链球菌、乳杆菌以及可培养总菌落)水平的变化。结果:同对照组相比,每周1次局部使用含有100g/L聚维酮碘的氟化泡沫连续4周能更为显著降低唾液中变形链球菌水平,效果可持续到1个月后。然而,唾液中可培养总菌落和乳杆菌水平在泡沫处理前后各时间点组间和组内均不存在统计学差异。结论:每周1次连续4周使用100g/L聚维酮碘氟化泡沫能明显降低唾液中变形链球菌水平,同时不改变唾液中可培养总菌落水平,其作用效果能持续到处理后1个月。
AIM : To investigate the inhibitory effect of povidine - iodine/fluoride foam treatment on the levels of salivary Mutans streptococci (ms) and lactobacilli (lb). METHODS : Sixty - one 6 - 9 year old children with at least one active dental cavity were randomly divided into two groups, and weekly treated with either povidine - iodine/ fluoride foam ( n = 30, experiemental group) or placebo fluoride foam ( n = 31, control group) over 4 weeks. Stimulated saliva samples were collected prior to the treatment and 1 month after the final foam treatment. The samples were cultured and colony forming units were enumerated. RESULTS: Salivary ms in both groups decreased when it was compared with the baseline. Moreover, the povidine - iodine/fluoride foam resulted in a higher decrease of salivary ms levels compared with the placebo fluoride foam. However, total cultivable facuhative bacteria and lb levels in saliva remained stable during the treatment for both groups and no statistically significant differences were investigated. CONCLUSION : Weekly application of povidine iodine/fluoride foam over four weeks can lead to a significant suppression on salivary ms levels for 1 months without affecting the total cultivable facuhative flora.
