摘要
基于特征的冲压工艺设计以特征作为基本单元和工艺处理的核心,通过推理确定零件的加工方法。本文给出了基于特征的零件信息的描述,用于工艺方案设计的知识库的建立及其推理策略,以及基于特征的冲压件CAPP系统的总体结构及数据流图。
In the feature based stamping process planning system developed by the author, features act as the basic unit and the kernel of the process planning. The manufacture process of parts are determined by reasoning. This paper discusses the description of the parts information based on features, knowledge database and reasoning strategy. And the system structure and data flow of the stamping process planning based on features are also presented.
