摘要
本文给出了计算带突缘圆筒极限拉深系数的基本公式,自动计算圆筒及带突缘圆筒极限拉深系数的程序框图及用Fortran语言编写的计算程序。本文还讨论了突缘件拉深的某些特殊问题以及相对工件直径(d/t)、相对突缘直径(d/d)、模具圆角半径对突缘件拉深极限的影响。
In the paper, the formulas and the program to calculate limiting drawing coefficient of a cup with flange are given, and also dealed with some special problems of drawing them and influences that relative diameter d/t of a workpice and relative flange diameter df/d as well as radius of rounded edges of die exert on drawing limit.
