作者选择了头部有孔、杆部为工字形的两头一杆直长轴类锻件为研究对象,完成了最后终、预锻型槽设计、模具结构设计、二维模具图生等设计内容,使本系统(DMCAD,连杆锻模计算机辅助设计系统)最终成为具有一定实用性的CAD系统。 DMCAD作为具有一定实用性的CAD系统。可缩短产品设计周期,降低产品成本,提高产品质量,从而给中小型企业以低投资建立CAD/CAM集成系统提供了条件,可产生明显经济效益和社会效益。

In this paper Authors have chosen the long shaft-typed forgings with two-heads having holes and one - rod being H Shape as the study object. They have completed the design of finishing die impression and dummying die impression and die structure, the produce of 2D die drawings, at last, made the system (DMCAD) a practical CAD system. As a practical CAD system, DMCAD can short products' design period, decrease products'cost, improve products' quality,provide convenience of CAD/CAM integrated system with low investment for medium scale and small scale enterprises and can creat obviously economic and social efficiency.
