摘要
黄铁矿有一定的自然疏水性,丁铵黑药能有效地提高黄铁矿的可浮性,硫酸铜可明显地降低捕收剂用量,起活化作用,傅里叶转换红外光谱研究表明:随着丁铵黑药浓度的增加,其在矿物表面吸附量增加,吸附产物为正二丁基二硫代磷酸亚铁,硫酸铜也在矿物表面生成正二丁基二硫代磷酸铜,促进了黄铁矿的浮选。
The flotation characteristic of pyrite was investigated using microflotation cell.Ammonium dibutyl dithiophosphate increased the flotability of pyrite effectively.Coppersulfate as an activator decreased obviously the dosage of reagent for keeping same flotability.Flotation mechanism was studied by means of FTIR.The adsorption capacity was enhanced with increasing of ammonium dibutyl dithiophasphate concentration.The adsorption compounds are ferrous dibutyl dithiophosphate and copper dibutyl dithiophosphate,respectively.
