摘要
对汽车用基板含微Ｔｉ的热浸镀锌板进行合金化处理，用光学显微镜和扫描电镜观察了合金化镀层的组织形貌，并用Ｘ射线衍射方法和电子探针分析了合金层的相组成。研究表明，合金层的组织结构与合金化温度有关，并提出了合金化过程中的三种相变模式。
Specimens of Ti contained hot dip galvanized sheet steel are annealed in laboratory.The microstructure of galvannealed (GA) coatings is observed and analyzed by optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,X ray diffraction and electron microprobe.It is found that there is a closed relationship between the temperatures and the morphologies of the GA coatings.And three kinds of transformation models are put forward here.
