摘要 光疗是利用电磁波辐射产生的不同波长的光线来治疗皮肤病的一种方法。光疗的种类很多，包括长波紫外线（UVA），波长320～400nm，常与补骨脂素联合使用，称为光化学疗法；长波紫外线1（UVA1），波长340～400nm；宽谱中波紫外线（BB—UVB），波长270～390nm，波峰313nm；窄谱中波紫外线（NB—UVB），波长311～313nm；以及利用不同波长紫外线进行的局部定位光疗。
