摘要
从近自由电子模型出发,考虑到类金属原子外壳层s、p电子向过渡金属原子未满d壳层空位的迁移,提出了一种估算高类金属含量TMM非晶合金总有效传导电子数的方法,通过与Ni基非晶合金Hal系数和低温电子比热实验数据的比较。
Based on the nearly free electron model, a method to estimate the total effective conducting electron numbers Z th in Ni based amorphous alloys with high metalloid contents was given, by considering electrons moving from outer shell of metalloid atoms to unfilled d shell of transition metal atoms. As compared with the experimental data of Hall coefficient R exp 0 and electron specific heat coefficient γ exp in Ni based amorphous alloys, it is found that they are in good agreement with each other.
