摘要
对花生粕的化学成分进行系统预试和分析测定表明,花生粕含有丰富的有效物质-黄酮类、氨基酸、蛋白质、鞣质、糖类、三萜或甾体类化合物等成分;并对主要有效成分作了含量测定,其中,总黄酮含量高达1.095 mg/g,蛋白质含量达48.68%,多糖含量为32.50%,灰分5.61%,维生素E 0.871 mg/100g,氨基酸含量丰富、种类齐全,总量为37.504 g/100g,必需氨基酸14.362 g/100 g,并含有Mg、K、Ca、Fe、Na、Zn、P、Cu、Mn等多种矿质元素。花生粕具有潜在的综合利用价值。
The components of peanut meals have been studied, the results showed that there are plenty of available compositions: flavonoid, amino acid, proteins, tannins, surger, triterpenoids and sterols and so on in the peanut meals. The flavonoid content reached 1. 095 rag/g, and the protein content was 48.68%, the suger content was 32.50 %, the ash content was 5.61%, VE content was 0. 871 mg/100g. There are large quantity and many types of amino acids in peanut meals. Total amino acids was 37. 504 g/100g. The essential amino acids was 14. 362 g/100g. Peanut meals also contain a number of mineral elements such asMg, K , Ca, Fe, Na, Zn , P, Cu , Mnandsoon. In conclusion, the peanut meal has potential value of exploitation.
