青钱柳多糖的提取及含量测定

Extraction and Content Determination of Polysaccharide from Cyclocarya paliurus(Batal) Ijinskaja Leaves

采用苯酚硫酸法,对青钱柳叶多糖的水提取法、提取工艺以及不同采集期的多糖含量进行了研究.结果表明,水提法的精密度RSD%为2.89%,重现性RSD%值为1.72%,稳定性RSD%值为3.1%;通过L9（3^4）正交试验得出水提法提取青钱柳多糖的最佳提取时间为7h,料液比为1∶20,pH 9;青钱柳叶在5～8月的多糖含量为2.19%.

Water extraction, extract technology and content of different harvest time of polysaccharide from Cyclocarya paliurus （Batal） Ijinskaja （C. Paliurus） Leaves was studied by phenol-sulfuric acid method. Results showed that precision repeatability and stability RSD% of water extraction is 2.89 % 1.72% and 3.1%, respectively; The optimum process conditions （70 minutes extracting time, 1 ： 20 solid to liquid ratio and at pH 9）were established by L9 （3^4）orthogonal experiments; Content of C. Paliurus polysaccharide is 2.19% at May and August.
