康复训练对血管性痴呆大鼠认知障碍影响的NMDAR1机制 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨康复训练对血管性痴呆(VD)大鼠空间学习记忆能力的影响,并从分子角度探讨其机制。方法选用Wistar雄性大鼠随机分成对照组5只,VD组10只,VD康复训练组10只。采用两血管阻断(2VO)法制作VD模型,VD康复训练组大鼠术后2d开始进行康复训练,用Western Blot方法测定大鼠海马N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体1(N-methyl-D-aspartate recepter1,NMDAR1)含量,用Morris水迷宫评价大鼠学习记忆能力。结果VD组大鼠水迷宫隐匿平台逃避潜伏期明显延长,VD康复训练组大鼠较VD组大鼠水迷宫隐匿平台逃避潜伏期缩短,但仍长于对照组(P<0·05)。VD组大鼠NMDAR1含量明显减少,VD康复训练组大鼠较VD组大鼠NMDAR1含量增加,但仍比对照组少(P<0·05)。结论VD大鼠学习记忆能力降低,NMDAR1含量明显减少,康复训练可提高大鼠空间学习记忆能力,其分子机制可能与NMDAR1的表达增加有关。
